By completing and submitting your order form you agree that you have read and fully understand all conditions listed below between yourself, the client, and Rocky Top Baby Equipment Rentals.

• Equipment is for short-term rental purposes only and has been delivered in good condition.  It must be returned in the same condition at the specified date of return.  Equipment is not mean to be misused or abused during your possession. 

• Responsibility for the equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time it is picked up.  It is important that upon their departure, the client puts the equipment back where it was delivered and out of the elements.  The client will be charged for any equipment that is damaged or not left in the original location.  

• The client agrees to contact Rocky Top Baby Equipment Rentals immediately if there are any issues or concerns with the equipment.

• The client acknowledges that they will be held financially responsible for theft, loss, abnormal wear and tear damage, cleaning, late, and other fees assessed.

• Due to safety reasons, no member of Rocky Top Baby will enter a vacation home once renter has taken possession of property unless written consent has been given prior to delivery.

Release of Liability

• The client understand that there are risks associated with the use and improper use of the rental equipment and assumes all risks, known and unknown, for any injuries or property damage and agrees to hold harmless Rocky Top Baby Equipment Rentals for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, that arises from the use of the rental equipment while in the clients possession.

• The client hereby releases Rocky Top Baby Equipment Rentals, their successors, assignees, Trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, in any way growing out of or resulting from the use of the equipment listed in their order form.

• The clients will be held responsible for any claims, injuries, or damages that occur while the rental equipment is in their possession.

• By completing and submitting the order from the client attests that they have read this agreement, fully understand and acknowledge its terms agree to it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and furthermore, agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
